Product Questions
What does InsoleLux sell?
InsoleLux sells insoles designed for everyday comfort, subtle height boost, arch support, heel cushioning, and better shoe fit.
Can I use InsoleLux insoles in different shoes?
Yes, as long as the shoes have similar size and inner shape. Always test the fit before wearing them for long periods.
Are the insoles suitable for daily wear?
Many InsoleLux products are designed for daily wear, but comfort depends on shoe space, lift height, and your personal fit preference.
Height Boost
Which height should I choose as a beginner?
Most beginners should start with 2cm or 3cm. If your shoes have enough space and you want a stronger boost, 5cm can be a good balance.
Can I wear 7cm or 9cm height insoles all day?
7cm and 9cm create a stronger foot angle and are better for short wear, events, photos, or boots with deep inner space.
Do height insoles fit all shoes?
No. Height insoles work best with sneakers, high-top sneakers, boots, and shoes with enough heel depth. Tight or low-cut shoes may not work well.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your foot length and compare it with the product size chart. If the insole is trimmable, choose the larger size when between two sizes.
Should I remove my original shoe insole?
In many shoes, yes. Removing the original insole creates more space and helps your new insole sit more naturally inside the shoe.
Why do my shoes feel tighter after adding insoles?
Insoles add volume inside the shoe. Try removing the original insole, using thinner socks, or choosing a lower-profile option.
Fit & Trim
Can I trim InsoleLux insoles?
Many full-length insoles can be trimmed at the toe area. Do not trim heel lift layers, gel zones, air cushions, or support areas unless the product page says it is safe.
How should I trim full-length insoles?
Remove your original shoe insole, place it on top of the new insole, trace the shape, cut slowly, then test the fit inside your shoe.
What if I cut too much?
Material cannot be added back once removed. Always trim less at first, then cut a little more only if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility depends on product condition and order status. Please review our Returns page or contact support for help.
Can I exchange for another size?
If your item is eligible, we may help you exchange for a better size or fit option. Contact support with your order details.
Can trimmed insoles be returned?
Trimmed or modified insoles may not be eligible for return. Please test carefully before trimming and always trim slowly.
Care & Use
How do I clean my insoles?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Let them air dry completely before placing them back into your shoes.
Can I machine wash the insoles?
We do not recommend machine washing unless the product page specifically says it is safe. Machine washing can affect shape, layers, or support structure.
How long should I wear new insoles at first?
Start with shorter wear periods and gradually increase as your feet adjust, especially with height boost or arch support insoles.
